Pros
If you are lucky enough to get a manager who supports learning (there are only 2 as of now who are good), then you'll get a change to learn different tech (mostly azure)
Cons
1. Zero work-life balance. (We work from 9 am to at least 8 pm ) 2. The goals set are very unrealistic. 3. The CTC mentioned at the time of hiring is just to attract employees. (They offered me 8LPA and I'm not getting that -_- ) 4. Insurance doesn't cover parents. ** Most Important ** 1. I feel the hiring team is very unprofessional because of the "fancy" words they use while recruiting, but you won't find any of it in the company. 2. Salary hike procedure is so wrong. No matter how hard you work to deliver the project (I'm talking till 11 pm for multiple weeks), your work is not recognized. They want you to perform various other activities (not related to projects at all) as well. At the end this results in a hike of small amount like 50K. For something like 3-4LPA, you'll risk your health by a lot.
