Pros
Nothing that I can think of
Cons
1. Long Working hours. You have to spend at-least 60+ hours a week & still you won't be satisfying your managers expectations. 2. Work Politics. Even after working for like 60+ hours a week, you won't be given that much importance in your projects. 3. Low Salaries/ Increments (Everything depends on your manager & that you can only get by flattering them) 4. No bus/cab service. But when you raise the same concern in front of your manager/HR/Admins, they will start talking about company policies. 5. No cafeteria. They have P1 to be said as cafeteria 6. No women security (as per company policies there will be no cabs after 10PM) 7. No time given to developers to explore new ideas because of their "AGILE model". 8. The “real” conversations happen offline, rather than face-to-face 9. Lack of healthy debate makes it difficult to build new processes and products. 10. This company is like a goat race where employees are focusing on flattering Team leads. Team leads on focusing on flattering Managers and the cycle goes on...
