Pros

Company will get you prepared for the worst scenarios. I have seen people coming to office with one leg fractured as that employee was not allowed WFH during that period. There will be situations that will make you cry, you may get sick or get hospitalized. It will not matter to them. So you see, this will prepare for the worsts and when you will leave this company and go to any other company, you will feel like heaven there no matter how much work is there.

Cons

Basically its' a school. Worse than micro management. I have seen people where if they were going to office cafe to drink water, the managers used to ask them where they are going. Taking break was also tough thing. They will force you to stay near office so that you can work till late night. I was told to check if the rent agreement can be cancelled so that I can stay near office. During the phase of Covid, when all were strictly following WFH rules, this company was calling to office location and employees were told: There are lot of food options available nearby and if you still want to avoid that, you can make food for your own but work from office only. I think they used to even include overtime component in the CTC so that no one should talk about late working hours. Not sure about now. These are just few scenarios. It will take lot of time to explain everything.

Pros

Started here right out of college and it’s been a great learning journey. Got hands-on with new technologies, including agentic AI, and worked directly with customers on impactful projects. The company encourages using AI tools to improve productivity. If you’re open to continuous learning, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be overwhelming at first, but you get used to it and grow quickly.

Cons

Employees are treated as tools rather than people, with a strong focus on results and little regard for employee well-being. HR and management appear to be aligned primarily with the company's interests. Compensation growth is limited, and long working hours are common. The day often starts with meetings at 8 a.m., requires office attendance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and continues with additional meetings until as late as 10 p.m.
