Pros
Honestly, none. The company offers no work-life balance and no support to its employees.
Cons
Unbearable work hours (12+ hours daily with no flexibility or consideration for employees’ well-being). Toxic, authoritarian work culture dominated by Rajeev and Arpita, with no room for feedback or improvement. No air conditioning during extreme weather conditions, making the work environment even more unbearable. No option for work-from-home, even during heavy rains or extreme conditions, putting employee safety at risk. When a fresher asked Rajeev about providing food compensation or basic food services in the office, his response was, "Call your parents." This not only shows a complete lack of empathy for employees, but also implies he expects not just you but your parents to support you—so his work doesn’t get affected. Inept HR and Accounts teams—delayed responses to important matters like relieving letters and KYC updates, despite multiple follow-ups. Management's failure to address employee concerns or show any accountability. A suffocating hierarchy where no one in the management dares to question decisions, creating a stagnant, frustrating environment.
