Pros

I joined MAQ Software as a lateral and i am part of the IT Team. Comparing to my past experience and the time i spent here almost 2 years, i would like to share following best reasons to work at MAQ Software 1. Work on new technology: i got the opportunity to handle IT related projects and work on new technology which is an challeging and amazing experience. 2. Freedom to experiment and work on new tech toys (ipad, iphone, Windows phone 7). 3. MAQ Software provides opportunity to employees to learn, qualify and be an expert (certified) on specific technology and contribute in growth of the organization. 3. MAQ Software keeps things simple interms of technology like Virtualization, online servers. 4. Company provides good infrastructure to every employee for example: the systems used by the developers are bundeled with hi-tech hardware like intel i5 second generation processors, 500 GB hard drives with 6 Gbps of data transfer rate and many more. 5. Management is close to every employees. Managers show interest and patience in listening to our views/ ideas and provide feedback. 6. Lot socializing and fun events. Quaterly updates, team outing and company outing.

Cons

1. Exporsure to Globally used technology is less 2. No hanging out place

Pros

Started here right out of college and it’s been a great learning journey. Got hands-on with new technologies, including agentic AI, and worked directly with customers on impactful projects. The company encourages using AI tools to improve productivity. If you’re open to continuous learning, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be overwhelming at first, but you get used to it and grow quickly.

Pros

There is no any pros

Cons

Employees are treated as tools rather than people, with a strong focus on results and little regard for employee well-being. HR and management appear to be aligned primarily with the company's interests. Compensation growth is limited, and long working hours are common. The day often starts with meetings at 8 a.m., requires office attendance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and continues with additional meetings until as late as 10 p.m.
