Pros

Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem and tools like Power BI, Azure, etc. You’ll quickly learn how to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Some peers are helpful and collaborative

Cons

Extremely poor work-life balance; long hours and weekend work are normalized. Micromanagement is rampant with little trust in employees. Unrealistic expectations with strict tracking of every minute spent. Minimal focus on employee well-being or career growth beyond delivering output. Limited innovation; work often feels repetitive and mechanical. Feedback culture is one-sided and used more for control than development.

Pros

Started here right out of college and it’s been a great learning journey. Got hands-on with new technologies, including agentic AI, and worked directly with customers on impactful projects. The company encourages using AI tools to improve productivity. If you’re open to continuous learning, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be overwhelming at first, but you get used to it and grow quickly.

Pros

There is no any pros

Cons

Employees are treated as tools rather than people, with a strong focus on results and little regard for employee well-being. HR and management appear to be aligned primarily with the company's interests. Compensation growth is limited, and long working hours are common. The day often starts with meetings at 8 a.m., requires office attendance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and continues with additional meetings until as late as 10 p.m.
