Before they were bought out they were an amazing company and I was proud to work there. Upon Leaving that was no longer the situation

Since they were bought out They no longer care about people imagine not caring about people when you are in a people industry. They do not utilize people to their potential any longer. Micromanagement is ridiculous where there used to be teamwork there is now a great divide. KPI goals are unrealistic based on the pay No one listens anymore You are just a number to line the CEO and her teams pockets People who put their blood sweat and tears into this company under the previous owners have been devalued and pushed out. I was an MAS Lifer and thought I would never leave. After a little over a year under the new management I could not imagine spending another day here.
