MAS had little to no work/life balance, I was constantly taking work home with me. And when I didn't do anything after hours it was considered lazy and that I wasn't trying hard enough. My manager was an extreme micro-manager. He loved telling me what to do, how to say things, what to ask, all while I was on the phone with a potential candidate. Also it got frustrating making phone calls all day with no movement. It was rare getting someone on the phone who wanted to go through the recruiting process. But that is more the nature of the beast rather than MAS as a company. However even when you did get someone thru the process and placed in a job, the commission plans weren't great and not always guaranteed. Also there are a lot of company changes going on that a lot of the employees don't agree with so it makes for some tense conversations.
