Toxic, egotistical, & spineless “leadership”. No real culture, care, or consideration for its employees or its clinicians. Laughably horrible management of financials. Nepotism and favoritism over actual performance/results rampant. Lacking/constantly changing org structure, almost no recorded processes, & no consistent performance review process. Insanely high turnover (6 CFOs in 2 years for example). Frequent layoffs. Shortsighted disorganized sinking ship.
