We have heard the response for more growth opportunities and we have launched a new program, “Next Level”, which clearly outlines a plan for growth for all of our distribution center employees. We have also increased the amount and quality of our management training, revised our tuition assistance program and increased compensation in our warehouses to ensure it is competitive in our markets.
