Pros
No management; you can do what you want really, no one watches.
Cons
no leadership, no guidance, sink or swim mentality. ok for sr/experienced resource, bad for those that need coached into a consultative work of work. Leadership seems very out of tune with non sales staff. Lack of cohesion post sales - No pats on the back - AEs seem to be commission based so don't have a care for employee motivation or support. They even through you under the bus when they underestimate or over commit. Looking to leave for a company that has career development plans.
