Pros
While MATRIX has its challenges, the company works hard to balance earnings with quality of life for employees. As long as you meet or exceed expectations, you will succeed. There is a good number of long tenured employees, which says quite a bit about a company.
Cons
Some may see things like cost of benefits or performance expectations as difficult, but in order to have a successful company, costs and performance must be managed.
