Pros
The environment is great - I have never worked with such amazing people before. There isn't a single person I don't consider my friend. The executives are very approachable and connect with the employees regularly.
Cons
The founders/partners only come in once a month for their board meetings. Bill Gower walks around and says hi to everyone, but the other two sneak out as soon as possible.
