Pros
MATRIX is a fine company to work at for recent graduates. If you don't know 100% what you want to do yet, there are many opportunities MATRIX provides to better define your career path. Ability to work remote 2-3 days a week is a BIG pro.
Cons
Pay is below industry average, raises do not incorporate inflation. You get the feeling of being "stuck", not much upward movement if you are not apart of the sales department. No 401k match, MAJOR con. Healthcare options are barely affordable and deductibles are so high you will most likely never meet them.
