Pros
Coming up on my 2 year anniversary, and I am so happy to be in a place where I have a manager who encourage me to grow within the company! Management is invested in making things work better. I had some jobs before here that started off promising things and not being able to follow through, but MATRIX is honest and upfront.
Cons
I do wish I was able to work from home more frequently, as my current job here doesn't require me to be face to face with anyone. I also would like to make a little bit more than what I do currently, and wish that the health benefits were more comparable to industry standards.
