The people here are amazing to work with! Everyone is usually willing to help out each other. The work culture is really fun and lively. Always something to look forward to. The work/life balance is very flexible.
Cons
- Opportunities to grow and move up seems few. - Lack of communication between departments. - I feel like the pay structure here may be biased. Feel like that could be improved. The raises doesn't seem to reflect your performance. - Promises when given feels lackluster.
