Pros
For a staffing company, you will not find a better organization in direct comparison to Tek Systems, Robert Half, Apex Global, etc. MATRIX genuinely cares about its employees. The organization does a good job of providing Recruiters with access to tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, etc. and have taken steps to integrate these tools into Bullhorn to reduce time spent on manually importing candidate resumes and information. Overall, I enjoyed my time at MATRIX and my team was phenomenal to work with.
Cons
More transparency for AEs who break into new accounts, then have to hand those accounts off to other AEs in different offices. Specifically, transparency on who and how the margin gets split.
