Pros
If you’re looking for a mundane and boring day to day work experience don’t work here. The best part of the job, in any department, is that every day is different from the last. Each and every person, regardless of where they are in their career can make a difference to our customer base in a positive way. There is definitely room for advancement as I’ve seen many of my peers promoted in the last few years. Hard work and positive attitudes are noticed by management and rewarded. There are many great people that work here, and the ones that have bad attitudes or don’t bring value to the team are being dismissed. Good location and great people make it an excellent place to work.
Cons
At times it can feel a little chaotic, but that’s only because we have a lot to do on a day to day basis. A few bad apples have been replaced and the attitudes and results of many departments have been on the rise.
