Leadership is very reactive and as a result, never makes proactive decisions that might better guide the company into the future. There is a definite lack of structure on the product/IT side of things. Despite its age, the company feels and acts as if it's a start-up, and by now it should be a well-oiled machine. The work culture can tend to lean towards being a bit "bro-ey", but again, that's reflective of the leadership.
