Pros
Casual dress code, people are very friendly, upper management is accessible because the office is a good medium size, possibility to work remotely when necessary, quarterly morale events are enjoyable
Cons
A bit heavy on gossip, some projects are poorly organized and ultimately become inefficient or abandoned, one doesn't get the feeling that ideas can be discussed openly and fairly across the entire workforce
