Bonus is not performance based, even though you are led to believe this when you negotiate your salary. It is based on your individual branch profit. Note! Even office supplies are deducted from the branch profit. Bonus is not much at all. When hired, MBH tells you they pride themselves in moving staff around to avoid lay off and that they do not lay off based on the market. They are solid and don't lay off. NOT TRUE. Just experienced a company wide layoff. A lot of favoritism shown in my branch. Even heard a phone call my manager made saying "well I'm riding your coat tail, so don't leave me hanging". If you are not a brown noser, not the place to work for you. Salary for same position and experience range in thousands of dollars. Go for the top dollar.
