Pros
Have some of the latest production equipment and great support staff. Had whatever supplies or equipment required to get the job done. The company gave you plenty of working area, not some little cramped cubicle. Was able to add to my skills set when working on different projects or prototype circuit boards. Was able to work with some of the most knowledgeable people in that type of industry.
Cons
Pay was below the standard for the area. Company politics at its finest. Not all rules and regulations were followed by upper management, even if some of the rules seem unnecessary. There was not much in advancement within the company once you reached the top of the hourly jobs. The salaried jobs were far and few between, even with great education and certification.
