Pros
Really are no pros that I can think of. Management and HR are horrible they do not care about employees.
Cons
They look for anything to fire people. Don't accidentally stamp paperwork upside down or get caught with cap off your water bottle. Paperwork contradicts itself and processes and procedures change daily without informing people.
