They use free medical care to lure employees and then actively prevent them from using it by refusing time off. Abusive leadership, who are in turn abused by their leadership. I was essentially not allowed to work at the role I was hired for (therapist at an elementary school clinic) because the people in charge of my schedule prioritized coverage at another clinic and would pull me over there constantly, then blame me for not seeing the kids at the clinic enough. Constantly pressured to practice outside of my area of competence. Constant HIPAA and labor law violations. Horrible relationships with community partners, including the school at which I was supposed to work, with no support for employees caught between
