I've been here almost one year and I've seen some pretty unfair things happen: employee favoritism, unfair advantage to certain candidates for new jobs, unequal work loads, unfair pay for candidates with same background. It's been interesting. The good thing is that MDA is under new leadership and Dr. Peters is aware of the lack of emotional intelligence and right people in the right places.
