Pros
One of the most important pro is our leader, Dr. Peter Pisters. Through the COVID-19 pandemic, he has lead our institution with strength, transparency and kindness. We know that the safety of the patients and of the workforce is obviously a top priority for Dr. Pisters and the other top leaders of the institution. The institution has met the calls of needs of the employees in order to work remotely and continue to safely take care of the patients.
Cons
The institution had been slow in implementing strategies for remote management of patients. However, this has since improved dramatically with the pandemic and I am excited to see these changes become a full time option for our patients.
