Cons
Having to pay for parking as the garages are owned by the city and shuttling in. Easily tacks on another 15-20 mins to your work day if you have to use it and depending on which garage you're zoned to. The institution is massive and can sometimes be difficult to get the help you need. My manager was stretched VERY thin as my dept had a fairly high turn over rate. In my 2 years there, I witnessed a handful of employees resign both high and low positions.
