Pros
This company is made up of hard working dedicated employees that are making enormous strides in the health of our Medicare patients. I am fortunate enough to get first hand feedback from Physicans and patients about how well the program is working, and we are getting better everyday! My experience with management has been very positive! The management welcomes and encourages ideas from all staff. Fair pay for a fair days work. I have experienced support from other employees as well as management! I have read some of the negative comments and honestly feel that they are from disgruntled employees that are long gone. I ran across the site and realized the untrue statements that have been made and I take it personally!
Cons
It is a start up company which often requires flexibility in the staff's job description which I personally do not see as a con, it simply helps to fine tune other skills that you may have.
