Pros

The benefits, which were good and still are; but are slowly being taken away year after year.

Cons

Literally too much to mention! If you get injured it's their policy to fire you, that is how they keep their long-standing safety records going. There is absolutely NO room for advancement. The longer you work there the worse management and higher-ups will treat you. They love to set you up for failure and get off on scaring people with write-ups.

Cons

No loyalty to employees, they will hire you, use you, then spit you out the door. They claim they have turned the corner on "Culture" but in reality it is still crap!
