Tech's are a professional group. Pay is very good and so are the benefits. Very safety conscience place to work.

Cons

Difficult to get parts to do job correctly and in a timely manner. Hot place to work in the summer time.

Cons

No loyalty to employees, they will hire you, use you, then spit you out the door. They claim they have turned the corner on "Culture" but in reality it is still crap!
