The pay is good but not good enough for how they treat their employees

First off the way this company treats their employees is unacceptable. This company treats their employees like numbers instead of people and they make it very clear that you can and will be replaced at anytime. Which only makes it difficult for the remaining workers because then all the work load is put on them. For example what should be a 4 or 5 person job will then be put on a single employee and still expected to put out the same amount of product. Management does not make employees feel welcome or appreciated. I have witnessed management yelling and using inappropriate language towards their employees. There is so much Mandatory Overtime that you will not be able to have a life outside of work. And management states to their workers that overtime is their fault. If they want weekends off and to work less than 12 hour shifts 5-6 days a week to work harder. Also management says "Their number one priority is safety" but yet they do not provide proper training, proper PPE, even though the jobs are extremely dangerous. Overall I would say to anyone looking to work for this company DONT DO IT! It is not worth the stress and treatment you will encounter. If i could rate lower than 1 star i would.
