Pros
The money is good and the benefits are better. Most of the people are hard working and get their job done. The money keeps most people happy. Almost never have to work a holiday, which makes for some long weekends through the year.
Cons
It's a hot environment with a lot of hazards. Most things work on seniority, unless you're buddies with the right people. Vacation is hard to schedule sometimes.
