      Por management, unorganized training, lack of employee handbook. Management is allowed to dictate whatever they want and don't provide adequate support.

      Pay & Benefits, everyone is friendly.

      Cons

      No loyalty to employees, they will hire you, use you, then spit you out the door. They claim they have turned the corner on "Culture" but in reality it is still crap!
