Compensation was great. Executives and other administrative employees were good.

Cons

Harsh and dirty environment but that is to be expected at a steel foundry. It is your manager/boss you work for and not the company itself.

Cons

No loyalty to employees, they will hire you, use you, then spit you out the door. They claim they have turned the corner on "Culture" but in reality it is still crap!
