-Some of the sharpest minds I have come across -Lots of responsibility

Cons

-Hours are greater than industry standards, despite company claim. 10 hour days are standard. There is no compensation time for working nights or weekends. Very overloaded. Mistakes are extremely amplified, doing a great job is not. Ergo is a joke, Safety is not taken as seriously as it should be, it is amazing they have the safety record they do. Some management is extremely immature and do not offer resistance to anyone above them, even when Safety is at risk.

Cons

No loyalty to employees, they will hire you, use you, then spit you out the door. They claim they have turned the corner on "Culture" but in reality it is still crap!
