      Learned new equipment and got more experience CAD'ing.

      Cons

      There is an employee, the name will not be shared, who honestly is extremely arrogant and is just a toxic human being. Sadly working with him is basically the whole internship because he is responsible for the lab where an intern would do a lot of the mechanical testing. Honestly, this person made the internship super unpleasant.

      Pros

      Great experience. Interesting problems. Input is highly requested. Small company. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Small start up with great growth potential, but also great potential for failure if outside funding were to get cut. Therefore, it might not be the most stable of job securities, but if you can live with that risk go for it. You won't regret it.
