At the time they weren't super supportive of using technology to do work from remote offices... despite the CEO being big on utilizing the technology available.
They tried to promote a work life balance but in reality my departments director only honored that for those she liked. Everyone else she bullied.
The culture when I started with the company was amazing. it declined over the years. If they could get back to that it would be amazing for their employees.
No flex or make up time abilities. Did have some earlier shifts to help some employees out. Dept director made everything way more complicated than it needed to be.
