Pros
I have been here for over a year. There's a great small company feel for a growing company. I came from a very small company and was impressed that during my first week here, anytime I saw the president/CEO he would greet me by name and ask how my first few days were going. There's always something fun going on whether it's for the whole company or department/team wide. We've had ice cream socials, breakfasts, bowling outings and birthday celebrations just to name a few. Starting out with so much PTO was pretty great too! I've also seen a lot positive changes since I've started that have come directly from employee suggestions. Workloads are being looked at to ensure expectations are reasonable and there's more flexibility with working hours/working from home options. Management and Senior Leadership are really encouraging all of us to come to them with any ideas/concerns. All in all, I think it's a great place to work!
