1. The company is actually growing and changing their industry. A lot of companies tell you they are doing this, but these guys are. 2. The people who work there are smart, dedicated friendly people. Going to work every day is enjoyable. 3. Management tries its best to be up front about where we are going, takes people's personal goals into consideration, and works very hard to fit everyone into a growth plan that works for both the company and the employees. 4. As the company continues to grow, new opportunities are opening for people... so it great to see those who earn those opportunities finally rewarded.
Cons
This company is full of very smart, very driven, very hard working people. As it grows, goals and needs pivot quickly to adjust to the shifting market. If you are the kind of person who performs well in this kind of environment - someone who has confidence in themselves, who sees the big picture, who works hard because that is who you are and it is what makes you happy - then this place is great. If you aren't - meaning your work is substandard, you care more about being home at 5:30 every day, you are more interested in gossip and coffee breaks than results, you find it easier to give excuses than extra effort, or you can't handle change - then is place isn't for you.
