Pros
Over the nearly year and a half I was at MFour, I saw incredible growth of a company, of leaders, and of employees. The amount of learning and innovation that was happening were truly astonishing. I'm a fan. Chris and Jeff are really the heart and soul of the company and lead with zeal. The company I joined had little in the way of technology best practices or standards and has been moving quickly to that end. If they keep it up, they will truly become a technology company. Fantastic leadership talent was hired, from a new COO in the beginning of 2017 to a new CFO and a CRO later in the year. I would gladly work with the founders or any of these guys again in the future. Contrary to some of the other reviews complaining about process, I'm glad that processes were created. Running a 20-person and a 100-person company are whole different animals. Processes are a necessary part of that. The processes created were lightweight and highly adaptable compared to most other companies.
Cons
MFour is undergoing pretty standard 70-100 person startup turmoil. They're taking all the right steps to getting over the hump though. There is some dead weight that needs to be cut and maybe a little too much apprehension to just letting these people go.
