The company hires very talented and experienced subject matter experts and then allows them to fly. I have had the opportunity to completely change from one type of position to another by expressing my desire to add new value and grow the company while displaying a fearlessness and drive by which MGAC employees are well known. Sometimes, long hours to meet tight client deadlines, but the shared passion and commitment (and equally long hours) of the President and others with whom we work, makes the heavier lifts worthwhile.
