I had a great experience at MGAC. It was my first job out of college, and I worked there for close to 7 years. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience to launch me into my career. The talented staff and accessibility of senior leadership made for a great learning opportunity for a young employee. I’m appreciative of the unique, interesting, and challenging projects that I worked on. I’m also grateful for the complexity of responsibilities that were given to me at such a young age, along with the senior support to ensure success.
