Pros
Flexible scheduling, great team environment, reimbursement opportunities, decent qtr'ly goals, recognition for accomplishments, and many opportunties for growth (depends where you are located).
Cons
Incentive plans could use an update, scheduling is the worst because you only have your schedule 1 week out and you get it on Thursday or Friday which doesn't leave time to plan life events, it takes an entire yr before being eligible for 401k.
