Pros

Great pay and bonuses. Seems like they have an endless budget to do marketing.

Cons

It’s a career move backwards with a midcentury mentality. The office environment is toxic and crying K with major mood swings is a huge part of the reason. Huge turnover rate and it’s sad that senior management and HR haven’t resolved the problems occurring. I’m sure they don’t care about the exit interviews. It’s a good ole boys club with no real creativity, everything is outsourced, and they’ll make you feel like you know nothing about marketing, zero collaboration.
