Pros
Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help. Employees here take pride in what they do for Midland and it's really refreshing to see how much passion they have for their work. My favorite thing about working here is the fact that there is so much career opportunity. Almost everyone I've met with has really learned the company from the ground up which allows them to truly grasp what it takes to be successful. VP's and Upper Level Management are all very down to earth and easy to communicate with. They all sincerely want their employees to be happy during their time at Midland and will provide all of the tools necessary for you to succeed and move up the ranks. I'm extremely happy with my decision to come work for this company.
