Pros

None. The only pro was leaving this place and working in private practice.

Cons

No lunch break. They promise you will get a lunch break on your interview but then you do not get anything. They expect you to starve all day or nibble on some crackers in between patients. Managers disrespect and undermine the doctors. Like totally. Managers talk behind you back and write reports to the district manager such as: 1) this doctor took 2 hours to do 4 fillings 2) Did not meet goal because doctor changed a RCT to a filling 3) Doctor diagnosed too many "no decays". 4)Did not meet goal because doctor refused to do SRP on a patient with BP 190/210. And the list goes on! It is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and don't work here.m

We obviously don't expect anyone to starve and most Managers do their best ensure all staff work in a safe, healthy, and enjoyable environment.
