Will low ball you in pay because you are a new graduate. You're told after a certain time proving yourself, there are opportunities of raises (this will never happen) Management tells you it's considered to be high maintenance if you ask for raises Worked through lunch break (if you tried to grab any type of quick bite, there was yelling in your ear asking where you were) No bonuses (even though you're overworked and meet their extremely high production goal) Threats of write up every time you breath wrong No one is on the same page Favoritism No way to use the PTO you accumulate After leaving this company (Thank God for miracles) it took almost a year to receive payout for the accrued PTO time I was NEVER able to use.
