Pros
I had to get on food stamps bc Mint does not pay enough for you to provide for your family
Cons
Where do I begin... 1)They do not give raises. It does not matter if you get a promotion, or run an entire office yourself. Go through MIT(manager in training process) OR have work the hardest. They WILL NOT give you a raise. and if they do its 0.50!! They then say MINT is competitive in pay. THEY are NOT. 2) Clicks. the entire company has clicks and favorites. ALL of HR are BFF's went to school togather/Live together/ hire family (DAUGHTERS) and they are all awarded and treated differently than the outsiders. 3) overworked Office Managers don't get a break while everyone else get a day off once every few weekd for OT office managers are required to come in when the office is not seeing patients. 4) driving to Dallas. every Monday you are expected to sow up to a manager meeting. no matter where you live. They don't care if you have kids or a schedule if you live 3 hours away or an hour you have to wake up extra early. Dallas traffic is a joke and then you sit there and go over the same thing as last week. 5) you are required to give suggestion every week to improve MINT...they dot listen. 6)Salary is a JOKE as an office manager they will not pay what you deserve. 17.50 to 18 TO RUN AN ENTIRE OFFICE. this is why the turn over rate here at MINT is sooo bad. the staff changes every week. 7)there is no incentive for management. I have never worked for company where every office I go to is so miserable. 8) overlooked. No matter how hard you work you get treated like dirt. they only focus on the bad. 9) cant take days off bc there is not enough coverage bc so many people are constantly quitting. and then when you do have coverage HR makes a huge deal that you want to take a vacation with you family.
