Pros
Almost anyone can get hired? Move up in the company but not worth the pay for the amount of stress you will have to go through.
Cons
Horrible and very stressful environment to work in, you do not get a lunch break, barely anytime to use the restrooms. False bonuses, employee benefits, pay increase promises when you get hired. The CEO would rather buy expensive items such as a Rolls Royce , a Jet, etc. for himself than to give his employees a little piece if the profits that they ALL work so hard for. Employee morale is DOWN, everyone gets discouraged right away when you find out that NOTHING that was presented to you on the interview will be REAL. Also patients are just treated as $$ and not people. it is like an Assembly line. CEO only cares about multiply his $$ at all cost no matte who or what comes across it.
