Miserable place to work for - Front Desk MINT dentistry Employee Review

I wasn’t one point that’s what I was hired to do and I was great at it. But we weren’t bringing in enough money for the owner because he’s so money hungry and that’s all they care about. So the office managers are now in charge of everything… Well 80%. No one gets a lunch she’s so overwhelmed and has so much on her plate she has no time to focus on the staff that she was hired to do. They expect us to make money for the company but do not compensate or appreciate what we do. I put all the work on one employee and it’s sad my office used to be so happy until everybody started getting overworked and under appreciated.
